This house is located south of Cloyne, and replaced an old stone farm barn. The new house was only permitted if it resembled the old building in bulk and form.
The house is also very modern internally and incorporates a plentiful amount of glazing on its southern elevation. This gives the house a very bright feel, and provides the additional benefit of solar gain, thereby reducing heating costs.
