This is a 70 unit high density Town-House development south of Cloyne Village in very close proximity to the 11th Century round tower. This is one of the finest examples of the few surviving round towers in Ireland. The development was designed as an extension of the streetscape of Cloyne which is irregular, and terraced. This development was very popular as it provided town centre living with large open spaces in front of each dwelling.
