This development is immediately adjacent to Cloyne Cathedral, which is one of the oldest churches, dating from the 11th Century, which is still  in use today. The development replaced an old disused abattoir, and closed off one of the few remaining derelict sites in the town . It was designated under the tax incentive scheme for the re-development of town centres. It consists of 4 dwellings and an apartment. There is open parking space behind the building and small enclosed  rear yards for each unit.
